Our tour company wants to present a wonderful tour for those tourists and travelers who like nature. We developed particular tour that takes place in the southern regions of Kyrgyzstan and then uncovers all the beauty of the republic's northern part. For the duration of this adventure you will see renowned lakes of Sary Chelek and Son Kul. You will sleep not only in the home stays and hotels but also in yurts. Yurt is nomadic abodes that represents wooden carcass covered with thin felt mats. Welcome to Celestial Kyrgyzstan!

Tour summary: 

Day 1: Bishkek - Issyk Kul Lake
You will be collected by your guide from Manas International Airport and accompanied to Bishkek. The drive from the Airport to Bishkek will take half an hour. You will start the day in Bishkek with a nice breakfast. After breakfast you will be transferred (200 km.). On the way, we will visit the minaret, which is dated the 11th c. A. D. -  Burana Tower and the open air museum of Balbans - stone warriors that are situated nearby. After having traditional lunch, we go on our way to the lake. The Celestial Issyk Kul Lake is the 2nd largest alpine lake in the world; it is situated at the altitude of 1608 m. above sea level. The Lake is also called "the pearl of Tien - Shan". After our arrival in the Hotel you will have a rest on the northern shore of the lake where you can lie on the warm sandy beach or swim in the lake. Lake Issyk Kul possesses curative qualities due to the salty water. Your dinner will be served at 7 o'clock in the evening.
 
Day 2: Issyk Kul Lake - Karakol
At 8 o'clock, this day starts with a breakfast. Afterwards you will have some free time to go swimming in the lake until 12 p.m. Then, you will start your trip (200 km) to Karakol town by car. En route, we will make a short halt to give you the chance to visit ancient (dating back to 800 B.C.) stone carvings, as well as the local Issyk - Kul Museum. At 12 o'clock you will have a second stop for the period of this trip, where, before continuing our way to Karakol town, you can get pleasure from lunch in a relaxed ambiance. You will be able to enjoy to the full beauty of the lake during another break, where you go on a one hour cruise on a steam boat. After that you will be transferred to Karakol town along the northern shore of the sparkling pearl of Central Asia. Traditional dinner will be served at 8 p.m. Overnight in the guesthouse.
 
Day 3: Karakol - Tamga 
You will be served breakfast at 8 o'clock. The entire morning is dedicated to a guided Karakol City Tour. The tour includes the visit of the Dungan mosque. One of its highlights is the fact that it is built in Chinese style without using a single metal nail. This will be followed by the visit of an old wooden Orthodox Church. Later, you will visit the museum of M.V. Prejvalsky, one of the world's greatest explores. His biggest achievements were the crossing of the great desert Taklamakan and the discovery of more than 4000 animals, including the Horse of Prejevalsky. We will end the City Tour with a traditional lunch and leave Karakol at 1 pm, starting our way to the impressive Jeti Oguz, the gorge of 7 red rocks (30km). You will see the Broken Heart Mountain and the Sanatorium (where you can take a hydro shower or get a massage). Then off to explore the Jeti Oguz valley (Yuri Gagarin's holidays house, yurts, alpine vegetation) or Chong Kyzyl Suu valley with its hot spring water and geophysics station built in 1948. Then transfer to Tamga village. Tamga was a place where ancient Tibetan monks lived in the 13th century. Dinner will be served in the Tamga Guesthouse, where you will also spend the night; sauna optional.

Day 4: Tamga - Bokonbaiva - Kochkorka (120km.) 
At 9 o'clock breakfast is served. After breakfast you have time (till 12 o'clock) to have a rest on the Issyk Kul Lake southern beach or to explore Tamga village. After that we start our drive to Kochkor Village by car. On the way to Kochkor, we will have a break in Bokonbaevo village, where, in the house of a local eagle-hunter, lunch will be served. He hunts hares and foxes with the help of the birds of prey (traditional way of nomads hunting activity). An eagle hunting show can be arranged. After that, we will continue our way to Kochkor via the Orto - Tokoi water collecting reservoir. In the Kochkor village you will meet a family that will show you the way of national felt carpets production. You even will be able to make your own carpet. You will have a traditional dinner with a local family. The dinner will be accompanied with a special national music performance. Night in the Kochkor guesthouse.

Day 5: Kochkorka - Son Kul Lake
Breakfast. Transfer from the Village of Kochkor to the second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan Son Kul. On the way to the lake we will have lunch. Son Kul Lake is the highest altitude lake in Kyrgyz Republic that is situated 3013 meters high above sea level and surrounded by mountains. From the olden times the Kyrgyz herders from the nearby areas come to the lake to use it as a pastureland. Around the lake it will be possible to see numerous yurts. These are collapsible nomadic dwellings that are made of wood and covered with felt. Yurts carcass is built without nails. You will be free to explore and enjoy the virgin nature of the lake and its surroundings after our arrival. Dinner and overnight are in the yurts.
 
Day 6: Son Kul (3013m. above sea level)
At 9 am is your breakfast. Free time at Son-Kul Lake, where you will have the opportunity to explore its nature on your own. You can ride along the lake on a horse, or just relaxing in the atmosphere of the wild, but calm nature. Lunch will be served at 2 pm. Then you will see also ancient petrogliphs and ritual stones of shamans. It is a great chance to get acquainted with nomadic traditions and culture. National dinner will be served in original nomadic houses - yurts. You will spend the night in yurts as nomads do.
 
Day 7: Son Kul - Bishkek
At 8 o'clock you will have your breakfast. After that we start our trip back to Bishkek (the Kyrgyz capital city). Upon arrival in Bishkek, you will have guided city tour. During this sightseeing tour you will visit the central Square of Ala-Too, the History Museum, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Art Gallery, Pobeda Square (Victory Square), National Philharmonic, Oriental Osh Bazaar, and many others places that will attract your attention. You will be also given a separate plan, listing all places to visit, including their brief description. A farewell dinner is served at 7 p.m. Overnight in the Hotel****.
 
Day 8: Bishkek - Europe
At the time that was arranged previously according to your flight details your guide will meet you in your hotel to accompany you to the International Airport of Manas.
